Bellows Summary: Probably a pre-1840 replacement, and are considerably thicker that 1837-era "bookbinders" bellows as on Nos 82 [C-003] 98 [C-004] , 120 [C-120] and others. The original case has had an extra section added to the top of the base section to accommodate the thicker bellows. "French Cradle" support within bellows-frame, raised edge which fits within the inner recess of the action frame.
