Large holes for the keys, and a small lenticular-shaped area or simple fretwork below the hand-bar, but with the area of sub-fret chamois baffle now removed. End Shape: Rectangular End Sides: Four End Diameter: 115 wide x 150mm tall End-Profile: Flat solid mahogany ends, glued atop solid mahoganyend-frames. End Material: Simple machine-cut fret area. End Bolts: Four modern flat-topped woodscres per side.. End Stamps / Labels: The label "By her Majesty's Letters Patent, C Wheatstone & Co, Inventors, 20 Conduit Street, London" is stamped into the varnish on the RH fretwork. Strap Screw-insert type: Into end-frame woodwork (no original screws present.) Fret Condition: Plain Damage Summary: Straps, strap-handles and one lever replaced, 2 brass key-caps absent. |
