Action Board Summary: The instrument's Action is made up of a slotted brass sheet plate, vertical slot, Wound-brass springs, and brass-wire levers, (another early appearance in The Collection's Wheatstones of this feature). Pallets are now circular pale cardboard.

Action Board Levers: Brass wire levers.

Action Board Pallets: The pallets are now circular pale cardboard, a material used on almost all subsequent instruments.

Action Board Securing-screw pattern: Trio of wooden cylindrical supports receiving the three screws from strap, finger-rest and top fret area.
