Summary: Hand-cut solid rosewood ends, veneered frames, with an annular ring of fret-work.

End Shape: Hexagonal

End Sides: Six

End Diameter: 154.5mm

End-Profile: Flat

End Material: Rosewood: solid frets, sides veneered.

End Bolts: Fat domed cheese-head brass. 1 x RH, 2 x LH bolts sheared.

Fret Pattern: Standard Case Pattern

Label Embouchure Pattern: Scalloped cartouche.

Strap Screw-insert type: Inset circular brass disc with one steel securing screw.

Finger-rest: Brass sheet, clad in original slightly worn green leather, three securing screws

Fret Condition: Good

Damage Summary: Lock of case missing. Fragments of case veneer missing.
