Keys/Buttons Base Mounting: A single thin red felt washer. The turned bottom pegs of the bone buttons enter directly to holes in the "House Shaped" action plinth of the action board.

Air Button method: The Air key acts upon a short lever lifting a large circular pallet air valve flap on the outer face of the RH action board. The pivot for the air valve action is of the "circular top on trangular base riveted" version, unlike all the other lever pivots in this instrument.
