Summary: A simple chunky fret-pattern of dark-grained rosewood, with veneered frames, with central label embouchure (label absent).

End Shape: Rectangular.

End Sides: Four.

End Diameter: 137 x 162mm.

End-Profile: Flat, with bevelled edges.

End Material: A simple chunky fret-pattern of dark-grained rosewood, with veneered side frames.

End Bolts: Four large-headed cheese-head brass bolts, one absent to RH end, securing the fretwork end to the action frame and bellows.

Label Embouchure Pattern: Oval embouchure for maker's label, (label absent).

Strap Screw-insert type: No inserts - the later screws go direct to wood of action frame.

Fret Condition: Good.

Damage Summary: Case missing, one RH end bolt missing.
