Summary

Full Description: An original full-colour front page from The New Yorker of May 21st, 1979, being an artwork by Paul Degen that features a hall table with a concertina and metronome upon it; the wall behind has various lutes, fiddles, bows and woodwind. The ‘Concertina’ is merely a rough hexagon - but good to see the instrument featured on the front page of a late ’70s iconic magazine!
