Full Description: A Bamforth comic card of a drunken lady outside the King's Arms Wines and Spirits Vaults, playing a many-bellowed Anglo Concertina, and apparently singing very loudly. Captioned "Shall I be an Angel, Daddy? (Songs some people should not sing)" Divided rear, postally used, franked 1905. An early John Bamforth, Holmfirth card. There is another copy at NC: 126.96.36.199-007 in the Salvation Army section, and a later, full colour version of this image, captioned "love me and the world is mine" as Item NC:188.8.131.52-004
