Full Description: A modern coloured enamel lapel badge of the "College Louis Lachenal", near Lyon, France. It was made in Paris, of stylish form, and bearing Louis Lachenal name in a design of a pen and seagulls. We have yet to locate any apparent links to the famed concertina engineer of the same name. The college is a 'Collège Public' at Rue du Platre, 69720 Saint-Laurent-de-Mure, France.
