Summary

Full Description: A toy "Flutina", in fitted cardboard case and with the original tutor sheet. Though the name "flutina" is usually applied as an English name for the French accordéon, this instrument is a cheap and cheerful moulded plastic penny whistle, made in 1941 by Rose, Morris & Co, London, and with a Registered Design Number 838053. The box claims "It's great fun! A simple musical Instrument. All can play. Free Tutor". The Concertina Museum Collection's French Flutinas & accordéons are in Section C15.3.
