Summary: Finely-cut ebony frets, with scalloped cartouches for maker label and serial number (both absent, since baffles missing).

End Shape: Hexagonal.

End Sides: Six.

End Diameter: 158mm.

End-Profile: Flat, with bevelled edges.

End Material: Finely-cut ebony frets, with scalloped cartouches for maker label and serial number (both absent, since baffles missing).

End Bolts: Medium height Cheese-head brass end-bolts.

End Stamps / Labels: The number "4026 Steel" is scratched on the lower bout of the RH action frame.

Fret Pattern: Fancy Case pattern frets.

Label Embouchure Pattern: Scalloped cartouche, label glued beneath, but sub-fret baffles missing.

Strap Screw-insert type: Inset circular brass disc with one steel securing screw.

Finger-rest: Bevelled-edged brass sheet, traces of original nickel-plating.

Fret Condition: Good.

Damage Summary: Damage to top of case, later straps, baffles absent.
